Jeanie Marie Buss has been an American Entrepreneur for more than 20 years. Buss is the founder and president of the Los Angeles Lakers National Basketball Association. The California born Buss grew up in an affluent family. Jerry Buss is her father. He was an estate tycoon before becoming the owner of Lakers and other enterprises. After her parents split up in 1972 she felt that they'd abandoned her. At the age of 19 she was able to take over the Los Angeles Strings professional Tennis team as General Manager. She then founded an organization called the Los Angeles Blades team of professional roller hockey. In the beginning, she was vice-president of the Lakers before taking on the role of President of the Great Western Forum. Buss was the inheritor of her share of the Lakers from her father in the year 2013. Her five siblings inherited it through a family estate trust. she assumed the duties of the head for the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss runs Women of Wrestling in Los Angeles the organization which promotes pro wrestling.
